In 2008 Peter and Dorothée Widmer founded the non-profit association Heartwings. Over the years Heartwings has grown. Today our team consists of full and part-time employees as well as volunteers.
We have experienced deep reaching restoration and change in our personal histories. We are convinced that freedom and change is possible for everyone.
We work in red light districts and meet people with broken hearts and shattered dreams every day. Our logo and the name Heartwings express our belief that change is always possible.
We are committed to restoring broken "hearts" and helping dreams learn to fly.
